Payment Processing: FASTag recharge and bill payment services are facilitated through third-party payment gateways and biller networks. Finzep (or your platform name) acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the actual service delivery by respective service providers.
Transaction Confirmation: Successful payment confirmation depends on the response received from the respective bank or biller. Please ensure you verify the payment status before initiating another transaction.
Delayed Updates: Due to network or system delays, payment status may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect in your FASTag account or biller’s system.
Refunds & Failures: In case of a failed or pending transaction, the deducted amount (if any) will be refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 working days as per payment gateway/bank policies.
Accuracy of Details: Users are responsible for entering correct vehicle numbers, FASTag IDs, and biller account details. The platform shall not be liable for losses arising due to incorrect information provided by the user.
Third-Party Liability: The platform does not hold responsibility for any disputes, service issues, or delays caused by the bank, NPCI, NHAI, or biller systems.
